Hi, I’m Adam Dart.

I am the owner and founder of DART Fitness Sprint Coach. With over 30 years of experience in sport and athletics, both as an athlete and coach, I understand how important speed is for performance.

Whether you are a track athlete, AFL player, rugby league player, soccer player or young athlete wanting to improve, my goal is to help you move faster, become more explosive and feel more confident.

My Sprinting Journey

How I got here.

From a young age, I was a competitive athlete and sprinter. Looking back, I wish I had received specific speed training earlier, because sprint technique, power and acceleration can make a huge difference.

In 2000, I committed fully to sprint training, focusing on explosive starts, acceleration, speed endurance, stride mechanics and drive phases. In 2006, I won the Griffith University Gold Coast 120m Gift.
