Success Story: Tynan

Tynan approached me six weeks before the 2015 Australian National Athletics Championships, aiming to shave 0.25 seconds off his personal best in order to contend for a medal. Through focused training, he not only achieved his goal but exceeded expectations, running 12.02 seconds in the semi-finals—making him the fastest 12-year-old 100m sprinter in the nation! He ultimately reduced his time by 0.5 seconds in just six weeks of training.

In 2016, Tynan continued training with me, working on his starts, explosive power, technique, and mental preparation. His dedication paid off at the Queensland Schools Championships, where he ran a remarkable 11.46 seconds for the 100m sprint, cementing his status as one of the fastest young sprinters in Australia and beyond.
