Sprint training is ideal for track athletes, footballers, soccer players, rugby players, and anyone who wants to get faster.

 

Most athletes see noticeable improvements within 6 weeks, doing 1 session per week and greater gains continuing with DART Fitness.

Wear proper running shoes, comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. No special equipment is needed, just focus and effort!

Sessions are small group-based, ensuring personalised attention while benefiting from a competitive training environment.

$50 per session.
