My name is Adam Dart, owner of DART Fitness. I am a Gold Coast sprint coach with over 30 years of experience in sport and athletics, both as an athlete and coach.
Having competed at a high level in athletics and winning the Gold Coast Gift, I understand the discipline, technique and commitment it takes to improve speed and perform at your best.
These sessions are designed for athletes who want to refine sprinting technique, increase acceleration and build explosive power.
Weekday sprint coaching sessions are available from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Tynan approached me six weeks before the 2015 Australian National Athletics Championships, aiming to shave 0.25 seconds off his personal best. Through focused training, he exceeded expectations and reduced his time by 0.5 seconds in just six weeks.
In 2016, Tynan continued working on his starts, explosive power, technique and mental preparation. His dedication paid off at the Queensland Schools Championships, where he ran 11.46 seconds for the 100m sprint.
